Founded by Maia, Reframed Safety Solutions was created from a passion for transforming the way organisations approach health and safety.

With experience across commercial operations, contractor management, audits, risk management, investigations, and systems implementation, Maia brings a modern and practical approach to workplace health and safety.

Rather than creating unnecessary complexity, the focus is on developing systems and processes that genuinely work for people on the ground while aligning with organisational objectives.

Maia holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management (GradDipOHSM) and is a Professional Member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM) and HASANZ Registered.

Throughout her career, Maia has worked closely with businesses to improve safety maturity, strengthen contractor management processes, support audit and assurance programmes, facilitate incident investigations, and integrate safety into operational decision-making.
